This is our 4 month training program for people who have experience with ADHD and want to specialize in ADHD Coaching. As a result of our well rounded hands-on coaching program, our students have the confidence and capability to begin coaching children, students, teens or adults right away.

ADHD Coach Training Program Application

Our Training Program for Student Groups includes:

  • A group sharing and support format where students can learn from and with each other
  • 16 group coach training sessions with Carol Gignoux, Senior Certified ADHD Coach and nationally recognized trainer

  • Coaching practice and demonstration coaching available with every session and between sessions with classmates
  • The opportunity to begin building your new coaching practice while you are still in training

ADHD Coach Training Program Application

Requirements:

  • Some knowledge and understanding of ADHD
  • An application form completed and submitted in advance for acceptance into the program
  • A $500 deposit due at registration
  • A belief that you can make a positive difference in the lives of people and a desire to do so

Program Promises:

  1. Mastery of the Coaching Competencies from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and Institute for the Advancement of ADHD Coaching (IAAC) required to be a top notch coach.
  2. A thorough understanding of ADHD and the Brain
  3. Practicing and perfecting the most up to date and proven tools and strategies for managing the challenges of having ADHD.
  4. Weekly practice where you are constantly putting what you are learning into action with students, adults, teens, or employees.
  5. A complete and detailed user friendly ADHD coaching manual built from the materials presented in the program
  6. Advanced knowledge of normal and special needs adult, childhood, and adolescent cognitive and behavioral development
  7. Expertise explaining and using 5 Executive Functions of the Pre-frontal Cortex
  8. The skill to enable people with ADHD of all ages to understand their brain type, control and manage their impulses and limitations, and have the confidence to believe they can achieve their dreams.

At ADD Insights, we teach our ADHD Coach Trainees the “Seven Core Competencies” of being an effective ADHD Coach.
