Our instructors have over 30 years of combined experience. We’d like to say it’s as close to perfect as you can get – but we’re still improving.  We excel in providing hands-on, one-on-one training and small classes with lots of live coaching demonstrations and classroom practice, practice, practice. At the end of our program, our trained coaches quickly create robust practices and businesses of their own.

Consulting: We like to think of ourselves as the go-to people for executives and managers, business owners, and start-ups because we empathize with them.  ADD Insights offers FREE consulting to most small to medium sized businesses and stakeholders. We have extensive experience working with business leaders. The relationship begins by giving business leaders the opportunity to have a relaxed conversation, away from the pressures and stressors of their business, so they can clearly tell us what they feel their issues are. Then together we negotiate a proposal that includes the REAL needs of the leaders and their companies within THEIR time frame and THEIR budget. We have found this process to be not only rewarding for all parties, but also to have a highly predictable and successful outcome.
